1 pkg plain lemon cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
grated lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl and blend on low for 3-4 minutes until well blended. Transfer to cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper. With floured hands, shape dough into a rectangle 14" long, 4" wide, and 1/2" thick. Bake at 350º for about 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes on pan. With serrated knife slice biscotti into 1" thick slices diagonally. Turn on side. Bake 10 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in oven about 30-40 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 2 hours.
