1 cup white or brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup peanut butter (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 4 ingredients together. Add boiling water to dry mixture. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Whisk, then microwave for 1 more minute on high. Whisk again. Microwave for 1 more minute if you think it should be thicker. Taste to make sure flour flavour has disappeared. Whisk butter into cooked mixture. (Also add peanut butter if you are making peanut butter chocolate pie.) Pour into baked pie shell of your choice. Cool and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
