Cake:

2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup mashed banana
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp taking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt



Frosting:

1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup pureed bananas
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas and vanilla. In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Divide batter between two greased 9" round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread between and over layers of cake. Enjoy.
