Meatballs:
2 lbs. ground turkey sausage
1 1/2 cups seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)
1/2 tsp. salt
Sauce:
3 T. corn starch
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
3 T. soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 large can pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
For the meatballs: Mix all ingredients well; form into 1 inch balls and bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
For the sauce: Combine the corn starch, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and ketchup; mix well. Heat in saucepan until warm and combined; add meatballs and simmer 20 minutes. Add the chopped green pepper and pineapple chunks; heat 10 minutes more. Serve over hot cooked rice for a main dish or serve as an appetizer with toothpicks
