3 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup cider vinegar
salt or crazy salt
pepper
mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers in a bowl or plastic bag with the vinegar and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix until you can taste the vinegar in the cucumber without being overpowering (about 3 to 5 minutes)

Drain off all the vinegar. Continue to drain occasionally up until you are about ready to serve.

Add mayonnaise, one tbsp. at a time until cucumber are covered but not saturated. Add garlic powder and toss. If needed, add crazy salt to taste.
