6 large sliced tart apples 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. butter
Put apples in a 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over apples. Combine 1/2 c. of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Combine flour, 1/2 c. of sugar and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon over apples. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is crisp.
