2 cans chick peas, drained
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 red pepper, diced
2 small red onions, diced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Tastes better after a day or two in the fridge.
