Petit four papers and muffin tin
vanilla wafers
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put petit four papers in muffin tin. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each, flat side down. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla together. Blend thoroughly and pour in petit four cups, 3/4 full. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool on rack. Remove papers. Top with cherry pie filling (or any berry filling you prefer). Note: I don't remove the papers.
