Beat butter until fluffy. With mixer on low, slowly add sour cream alternately with flour. Beat until combined thoroughly. Using fingers pull a quarter- size round of dough and place in mini muffin pan. Continue until all dough is used up. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated 400º oven.
