2 lbs. carrots (slightly cooked)
1 medium onion cut in slices
1 bell pepper chopped

Dressing
1 c. sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare carrots by cooking them until just tender (do not overcook). Pour off water and let cool. Add onions and bell pepper to carrots. Combine all ingredients of the dressing and pour over carrots. Refrigerate overnight.
