4 medium potatoes
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup margarine or butter
¼ cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. While warm, cut in half. Scoop out potato into bowl leaving a thin layer along peel. Add butter, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper and ½ cup of cheese to potato that has been scooped out. Mash until blended. Fill potato shells. Place in baking dish. Top with rest of cheese and paprika. Bake 10 minutes. These are so good!
