1 c. butter (unsalted)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter and sugar thoroughly. Add and blend the instant coffee, water and vanilla. Sift the flour, cocoa and salt together and add to mixture. Blend. Mix in the chopped nuts. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. They should be slightly brown on the bottom. Cool til room temperature. Roll in powdered sugar and enjoy!
