1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant coconut cream or lemon pudding mix
4 Tbsp. poppyseeds


Glaze:
1/2 box confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter
lemon juice to make a thin consistency to drizzle

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients; add water and vegetable oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Drizzle with glaze.
