lb pasta shells, cooked
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup pitted ripe black olives, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
cup thinly sliced celery
cup thinly sliced scallion
1/3 cup basil



Dressing:

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 Tablespoons water

Directions:

Whisk together. Dress salad and season. Variation: add shrimp, tuna, chicken or ham.
