2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 cup coconut
2 cup cornflakes
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl with mixer, cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs, baking powder and flour. By hand, add coconut and cornflakes.
Bake at 350º oven for about 11 minutes on un-greased cookie sheets.

Note: This recipe came from a children's cookbook years ago and was given to Jesse James at his request.
