1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. margarine softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. quick oatmeal or old fashioned oats
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat margarine, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in oatmeal and chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes for chewier cookies or 9-10 minutes for crispier cookies.
