2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Topping:
1 can tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and form into balls. Mix topping ingredients and pour over ham balls.
Bake 350º for 1 hour.

Ham balls were one of Grandma Marie's favorite meals. One year I made them for Christmas for the whole family. Grandma's fridge broke down and they were all ruined.
