2 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peas, eggs, onion and cheese in serving dish. Fold in mayonnaise, season with pepper and top with bacon. Chill several hours before serving.
