Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing
2 eggs
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
If you are cooking the turkey, cook the neck, gizzards, liver and heart (remove from the bag!) with it and remove after 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Cook the celery and onion in chicken broth with the salt, pepper and poultry seasoning for about 15 minutes.
If not, cook the parts with the chicken broth, onion, celery, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and simmer for 1 hour. Pick all the meat off the neck and cut the other parts into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix the dressing, eggs and all other ingredients. If too dry, add some more chicken broth. Put in casserole and dot with butter.
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes until toasted on top and bubbly.
