1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs (or egg substitute to equal)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flours, soda, spices and salt.

Combine eggs, sugars, oils and molasses and mix well. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray.
OR
Roll each spoonful of dough lightly in sugar before placing on sheet to bake.

Bake 350º 8-10 minutes or until cookies spring back when lightly touched. This is a very sticky dough.
