2 c. (12 ounce pkg) real chocolate semi-sweet chips or mini chips
1 giant (8 ounce) or 2 large (4 ounces each) Milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
1 2/3 c. (13-ounce can) Evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. (7-ounce jar) Marshmallow Creme
4 c. sugar
1 Tabs. butter
1 TSR. vanilla
1 2/3 c. pecans or walnuts

Combine two chocolates into large mixing bowl.

Combine evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, sugar and butter into a heavy 4-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil; boil and stir 8 minutes. Remove from heat, immediately adding to chocolate in mixing bowl, beating until completely melted. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into a buttered 9-inch square or 13x9x2 inch oblong pan; cool.
