2 lbs. salmon steaks
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. light soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cider or wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. green onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except salmon. Put marinade and salmon in a gallon plastic baggie and turn several times. Marinate salmon at least 6 hours or longer. Grilling tips: place salmon steaks on top of tin foil when grilling. Grill on medium heat until cooked (about 12-15 minutes), depending on thickness or until done.
