1 lb. sweet sausage
1 large onion, sliced
3 large garlic cloves, sliced
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 cup water
8 ozs capellini
2 bags (10 ozs) chopped spinach
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in oil for 3-4 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Add cleaned spinach and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream.
Don't cover, creates too much liquid.
