1 Dozen Eggs
1 Quart Milk
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs into saucepan & beat with wisk. Wisk in milk, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir constantly until the mixture fully forms and curds & whey seperate. About 20-30 minutes. Drain into colander with several layers of cheese cloth. Use cloth to shape into a ball. Hang to dry out - refrigerate and enjoy!
