1-8oz Cream Cheese
1-24oz Cottage Cheese
1-Pint Whipping Cream
1-16oz Sour cream
1-Medium Onion (Diced)
1-Fresh Lemon
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Mixer, Beat Cream Cheese and Cottage Cheese until well blended. Pour in Whipping Cream,Onion,Lemon (juiced) about 2 tbps,and salt to taste. Whip together until fluffy. Stir in Sour Cream. Add more salt and lemon if desired. Chill for about and hour or over night. Serve with Chips

This was always the traditional dip that was served for all holidays and special occasions. Although Dad was the one that usually prepared it. We not only loved it but everyone who ever had it seemed to enjoy it also.
