2 Sticks Maragrine
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 Tsp. Lemon Extract
4 Cups FLour
2 Tsp. . Baking Powder
2 Tsp. Baking Soda


Bake @ 350o until golden brown

Icing:
Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Lemon Extract
2 Tbls, Water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flour.
Mix by hand - add flour - combine.

Grease cookie sheet

Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet

Bake @ 350o
