1 TB. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 beaten eggs
2 cups scalded milk
1 cup Nabisco Bran
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the potatoes, fat, sugar, eggs, bran and hot milk in a large bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast dissolved in warm water. Sift 2 cups flour, salt, soda, baking powder. Add to mixture and beat. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. Then knead two minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover tightly. Refrigerate over night. Take out. Let rise. Shape and place in pans. Let rise again. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 350º
