4 chicken breasts or whole cut up chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 cans milk
Bisquick (follow directions on side of bisquick mix for dumplings. I make 1 1/2 batch)

In a Large DEEP frying pan, fry the chicken. Fry with a little pepper and onion, seasoning to taste. Add milk and soup. Mix and simmer for about 5-10 minutes until soup mixed and warmed. In a separate bowel mix 3 cups bisquick and 1 cup milk. Then drop bisquick mix by spoonfuls on top of soup/chicken mixture. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, then cover and cook 10-12 minutes. Cook on medium low heat. Watch carefully, as mixture will boil out if on too high. Dumplings will get nice and fluffy.
