3 boneless chicken breast cut in small pieces
1 can red enchilada sauce (spicy or mild)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
2 1/2 cans of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the chicken breast in small cubes and fry with finely cut onions, peppers and jalapeņos (if you want a little extra zip). In another kettle mix the soups, milk and sauce. After the chicken is cooked completely, then add the chicken,pepper,onion to the soup mixture. Let simmer for about 5-10minutes. Serve with shredded cheese on top and a side of plain tortilla chips to put on top (either crushed or leaved whole).
