2/3 c.cider vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 t. dry mustard 2 t. salt 3 T. onion juice 2 c. Wesson oil 3 T. poppy seed
Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar until sugar is well dissolved. Stir in onion juice. Continue mixing. Add oil slowly, beating constantly, until thick. Stir in poppy seeds. beat for 2 minutes longer; refrigerate. This tends to separate if too cold or kept over a few days.
