2 pkg. Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage
12 eggs, lightly beaten
31/2 cups milk
3 tsp. Dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
8 cups cubed bread
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Black pepper
½ cup sliced mushrooms, (optional)
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped (Optional)
½ cup thin sliced green onions, (Optional)

Directions:

Cook In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink.

Whisk In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt; stir well.

Prepare Distribute half the bread in a deep 10"x14" buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with half the pepper and half the cheese. Top with half the sausage; add half of each optional ingredient. Repeat layering using remain bread, cheese, sausage and optional
