1 Onion, chopped
Celery, finely chopped
Red Pepper, sliced thin
White Chicken Breast (cooked) chopped
Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
Sour Cream
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté’ onion in small amount of olive oil, add pinch of salt and black pepper. Add finely chopped celery, slices of red pepper, and chopped white chicken breast. Then add chicken soup and sour cream. Simmer for 30 minutes.
