1 cup rice krispies
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cereals, coconut and nuts. Melt margarine and mix in brown sugar. Add brown sugar mixture to cereal mixture. Put down as base in 9x13" pan. (Save some to sprinkle on top.) Slice or scoop ice cream and spread over base. Cover with reserved cereal mixture. Add chocolate chips/chocolate sauce/sprinkles as desired. Cover and freeze. Add fruit like strawberries or bananas when served. This is one of our family favorites. Works great as a birthday cake. Enjoy!
