1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion (minced)
1 can cream soup (any of your choice)


Topping:
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine thawed hash brown potatoes, sour cream, 5 oz. cheddar cheese, minced onion and creamed soup together. Combine corn flakes, margarine and 1/2 cup cheese in a separate bowl. Grease a pan and spread potato mixture into the pan. Top with corn flake mixture and bake at 350º for one hour.
