2 lbs. red potatoes (skin on)
Kosher salt
Ground pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 stick butter
fresh chives
a little basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with cold water. Boil until done. Add cream and butter. Mash coarse with fork. Add chives and spices and blend in thoroughly. Serve 4.
