8 slices French bread (cut off crusts and cube)

4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. mushrooms
1 c. onions (chopped)
2 c. ham (diced)
4 c. grated cheese (dust cheese with 2 tbsp. flour)

8 eggs
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute butter, mushrooms, and onions. Spray bottom of 9x13 inch pan with Pamę. Spread the bread cubes over the bottom of the pan, spread the diced ham on top of the bread crumbs and top with cheese dusted with flour. Mix together the eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pepper. Pour this over the casserole and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered 350║ for 45-60 minutes until light brown and fluffy.
