3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients well. Melt butter in a pan. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined adjust butter if necessary. Slowly add milk until mixture is smooth. Cook very slowly over low heat, stirring frequently. When it gets thick enough, remove from stove. Add vanilla.

I know what you're thinking! This is pudding. Why are we making pudding in a frying pan? Think biscuits and gravy here. You've gotta try it. Serve it hot over biscuits for special occasion breakfasts.
