2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese 4 to 6 oz. cheddar or Gruyere/Swiss cheese 2 cans Rotel 1 lb. ground hot breakfast sausage
Slice sausage and cook completely in a skillet. Once cool, crumble the sausage and add it to the cheeses and rotel. Microwave 3-5 minutes (stirring frequently) until blended and creamy. Serve with chips.
