6 chicken breasts
1 C. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 C. chopped walnuts
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water seasoned with onion powder, chop after it cools. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Serve on bread with a leaf of lettuce for great sandwiches!

This also works with canned chicken if you don't have time to boil fresh chicken breasts.
