Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 LB. coarsely ground beef
1 onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped or mashed
3 T. chili powder (or to taste)
2 T. cumin ( or to taste)
1 T. paprika
1 medium can crushed tomatoes
1 can of beer
1 large can + 1 sm. can Ranch Style Pinto Beans
Dash of Tabasco or other hot sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with onions & garlic until grey but not browned. Drain off most of the fat. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust seasonings to your taste preference. Simmer for at least an hour.
If you want chili without beans, omit the can of beans and add 1 cup of mild red enchilada sauce.
