3 eggs
1 C. sugar
2/3 C. pumpkin
1 t. soda
3/4 C. flour
Nuts (optional)

2 T. butter
8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
3/4 t. vanilla
1 C. powdered sugar

Beat together ingredients for roll and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan onto towel covered with powdered sugar. Roll up into towel and cool.

While roll is cooling, make filling. Unroll and spread filling, roll up again and chill.
