1 egg white 1 C. sugar or Splenda
1 T. cold water 1 t. salt
1 LB. Pecan halves 1 T. butter (melted)
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Separate egg white into large bowl. Add water and beat until medium peaks form (about 4 minutes). Stir in pecans. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Add to pecan mixture and mix well. Add butter and mix well again. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
