3 egg yolks 1 T. butter
2 C. milk 1 t. vanilla
1 C. sugar 3 T. flour
3 T. cocoa powder 1 10” pie shell
1/8 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with milk, cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Stir with whisk. Cook for 2 minutes. Add egg yolks; cook for another 1-½ minutes, or until it thickens. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue or whipped cream.
