1 1/2 cups minced onion 1/4 cup margarine 1 lb hamburger 1 minced clove of garlic (I use garlic salt) 1 lb mushrooms 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 2 T. salt 1/4 tsp accent or lawry's 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika
Saute onions in butter, add meat and brown lightly, add garlic, flour, salt, accent, pepper, paprika and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add sour cream and serve with dry chow mein noodles or rice.
