2 rolls of cookie dough
2 large cream cheeses
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13 x 9” pan, slice up one roll of the cookie dough and line the bottom of the pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spread on top of the row of cookie dough that’s in the pan. Then slice up the second roll and lay on top. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes.

This is a very easy recipe, and a definite crowd pleaser! Best if put in the fridge overnight, or for a few hours, immediately following baking. Cut into squares to serve. Enjoy!
