1 bunch of flat spinach

1 tomato

1 clove of garlic

1/2 inch ginger

1 chili

onion chopped finely

1 teaspoon Badshah's Vegetable Subji Masala Spice Mix

1 t salt

Paneer (Indian Cheese)

1. Chop then saute onion, tomato, garlic, ginger chili and Paneer

2. Add chopped spinach.

3. Turn low and let the spinach wilt for 5 minutes.
