1 pie crust
5 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tomato sliced
seasoning salt to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
3 green onions
1/3 cup chopped green pepper (opt)
sliced tomato
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Mix beaten eggs, milk and seasonings together. Place cheddar and mozzarella cheeses at the bottom of pie crust. Put green pepper and green onion on top of cheeses. Pour egg mixture over everything. Place sliced tomatoes on the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
