1 large can V-8 juice
5 limes (squeeze juice)
3 lemons (squeeze juice)
2 oranges (squeeze juice)
1 red/purple onion, sliced and quartered
Jumbo shrimp, chopped into bite sized pieces
Cilantro, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix V-8 juice, the lime, lemon and orange juices together and add the chopped onion.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the shrimp and chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour
before serving.

Ladle soup into bowl, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and cover top with popcorn.
