3 chicken breasts
1 lb. asparagus
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (divided)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. yogurt
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts. Arrange asparagus in pan (spray with Pamę). Top with chicken breasts. Boil 1 cup chicken broth. In the remaining 1/2 cup cold chicken broth, add cornstarch, gradually add to hot broth. Cool slightly. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and bake at 350║ for 25-30 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice, fruit salad, and bread.
