1 lb roll Hot Sausage
16 oz tomato puree
16 oz tomato paste
1 lb elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 12 cups water in large pot. Add macaroni and cook until tender, being careful not to overcook. Drain water and leave macaroni in pot.
Fry sausage, drain grease and add to macaroni.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste to macaroni and mix well. Salt & pepper to taste.
